The administrators of /dev/work can not be made responsible for wrong or illegal content. We try to correct or delete wrong and illegal content. If you find such content nevertheless, please contact one of the administrators (Drake, ToB oder Patti). /dev/work holds the right to alter, amend, delete or end publication temporarily or permanently regarding parts of the site or the whole service without special announcement. Denial or extermination of membership by the host is possible at any time without statement of reasons.

Data usage and Distribution

/dev/work needs some data for the offered service to work. You comply with the usage of the personal data, which is produced during usage and obligatory for execution of the service. The user complies with electronical saving and processing of his personal data on /dev/work. /dev/work will not forward any data to others nor do different things with the user data. /dev/work is permitted to forward users' pseudomyms (with their permission) to other user, which makes personal transmission of messages between users possible. However, the pseudonyms do not surrender the identity (name, address, telephone, e-mail) of the individual user. By registration the user complies with receiving info about /dev/work periodically or unperodically. The user can deactivate this in the forum. The administrators are permitted to view the submitted data, to control the conveyal of these conditions of use. This also complies with protected data. By registration the user accepts that he may receive info mail concerning certain offers of the community, including system mail. The user can end the shipping of these messages at any time by deleting his account.

/dev/work is free in any case. All services by its users are free and must be free.

/dev/work does not have any compensation duty for direct or indirect links towards external internet sites, which are outside the responsibility area of /dev/work. /dev/work directly states that the linked sites were lacking illegal content at the time of link-creation. We do not have any influence on the current and future design, content or copyright of the linked sites. Thus we hereby separate from all content of the linked sites. This concerns all lnks and entries in guest books, forums etc. inside the own internet service. Only the host of the linked site can be made responsible for illegal, erradic or incomplete contents, including damage which is caused by usage of this kind of information. The person who creates links to such contents is not responsible for this. The users of the site have to prove the links they create on illegal content.

Responsibility and duties of the user

In addition he assures to disclude /dev/work of any kind of responsibility, funding and demands, which result of damage caused by bad gossipping, insulting, discrimination, by dropping of services for members, by damaging immaterial goods or by other rights. E-mails and other messages are to be dealt with discreetly and not to be published for others without permission of the author. The same concerns names, telephone- and FAX-numbers, inabitant and email addresses and/or URLs.

Every user must not abuse the service, especially:

not to spread diffaming, forbidden or otherwise illegal material or such information via this service;
not to use this service to threaten or irritate other persons nor infringe the rights (inlcuding personaly rights) of thirds;
not to upload any files containing viruses (infected software) or software containing other material, which is copyrighted - except the user owns the right or has the respective permissions;
not to use this service with the intention to handicap the availability for other members;
not to send mails for commercial purpose;

Ignoration of the named behaviour duties may result in the immediate deltetion of membership or ban as well as legal measures for the member himself. /dev/work also retains the right to ban the user from the service if - according to the host - shameful, obscene, gore glorilying, pornographical or left-/right-radical contents or photos have been spread within the registration or during usage of the service.
